Type household expenses into Kololo as they happen. Pick a category and how you paid — cash, mobile money, or bank.

Send Kate the statements: both Exim files (shilling and dollar), the I & M file, and the Lloyds statements. She reminds you about Lloyds.

The India D&B PDF — send it when it arrives, then confirm the month on the India tab.

Read Kate's replies. Each one names the period and the closing balance — check they sound right.

The Kololo salary run appears. Check each person's deduction, change any that differ this month, then confirm the run. Only confirming pays it — and only confirming reduces the loans.

Wrote a cheque → file it in Izumi Cheques (photograph it, check, save).

Cheque cleared at the bank → tap it cleared on the register.

New supplier appeared → give it a category (Suppliers tab queue — one tap).

Factory payment made → text Kate "factory: paid 5m stone tiles cash" or send the receipt photo — then confirm the row on the Factory tab.

New mobile-money number in I & M → name it on the Payees tab. Name it once and every payment it ever received is labelled.

Cash brought home from the bank → record it as a Float addition in Kololo.

Pension or dividend received → text Kate ("pension received" / "dividend shell 450") — then confirm it on the Wealth tab.

Izumi — send the sheet + POS slip daily; confirm both ticks; file and clear cheques; categorise suppliers; add setup payments. Unconfirmed days stay amber and can be silently replaced; uncategorised spend hides from the breakdowns; unfiled cheques can never match the bank.

India — send the monthly PDF; confirm the month. Unconfirmed months don't count in the value-over-time story.

Factory — text or photograph payments; confirm each row; categorise the queue. Pending rows are LEFT OUT of every total until you confirm them.

Speedwing — forward the daily file. That's all. Nothing to confirm, nothing to type — it is a monitoring view.

Wealth — text Kate income lines; confirm the queue; keep policies updated when letters arrive. An unconfirmed SCB month makes next month's carried dividend wrong.

RRM — nothing. Truly nothing — Rupin maintains it and this page only reads it.

I & M — send the monthly statement file; name new numbers. Unnamed numbers stay anonymous in the ledger until you name them — nothing breaks, it just waits.

Kololo — type everything: expenses, staff, loans, float, the monthly run. Nothing arrives by itself; what you don't type doesn't exist.
